I am thoroughly impressed with BMW Dallas. DJ Quiggle has done and outstanding job of being a customer service/salesman. I wouldn't just say salesman, because he has catered to the different styles of people and the different styles of car buying experience that are out there.
How would I know? I bought a 2011 X3 from him for my wife, and now I am trying to decide on what vehicle is right for me. I have sent three different couples to him to buy their cars also. They are all impressed with him. All different ages and walks of life. This is a testament to his abilities.
I worked at car dealerships in the past in the IT Department and I haven't ever seen anyone handle the customer like DJ. I am honestly impressed by the fact that he doesn't assume anything and is intuitive to what concerns and questions we might have. I do not hesitate to direct anyone to him for a new or used car. In fact, because of my circumstances, I have a customer pool for him still coming.
I tried to decide what to say to keep it short. I really wanted to point out his customer service skills as well as his sales ability. I believe he is actually concerned about my needs and I believe he has fulfilled his duties above and beyond my expectations.
BMW Dallas WILL be getting more of my business and referrals because of DJ Quiggle.
